二 | 省防办于13日10时启动全省防台风IV级应急响应；市气象台16时43分发布台风蓝色预警信号。根据《南京市防台风应急预案》，市防汛抗旱指挥部办公室决定，9月13日18时起，启动我市防台风IV级应急响应（蓝色）。
三 | 市防办提醒广大市民：台风来袭，注意防范大风、强降雨。1.尽量避免出行，外出时宜慢行，不要靠近广告牌、大树、危旧房、高空构筑物、围墙等危险区域行走逗留，防止坠物伤人。2.居家时注意关好门窗，将空调室外机、雨篷、围板等固定好，收拾、清理好窗台、阳台（露台）悬挂物及花盆等，避免坠落伤人。
